During the Quad meet on Wednesday, January 7, 2009: Senior Recognition Announcement:
At 160 lbs Senior Shane Schumack. Shane is accompanied by his parents Col. And Mrs. Bass. Shane wrestled his freshman year at Hayfield, placing 2nd in the district and 5th in the Northern Region at 140 lbs. Then his family was stationed in Texas for 2 years and now has returned home. Shane is currently ranked #1 in the Northern Region and #8 in the state at 160 lbs. Shane has also made the honor roll this year. Congratulations!
